Dealing with the ghosts of your partner’s ex can be a very stressful situation. It’s even more stressful when you know they still have feelings for that person, as you may worry about them one day going back to their ex. However, one man experienced something most would see as a sure sign his fiancée wouldn’t be faithful to him.

A man was mortified and distraught after his fiancée cried out the name of her ex while she was giving birth.
He quickly left the delivery room and didn’t return.
Later he posted his story on Reddit’s “Am I the A**hole?” subreddit.
Several people came to his defense, insisting that there was still something between his fiancée and her ex that she hadn’t resolved.
However, others pointed out how her feelings toward her ex were perfectly reasonable given the situation.
The man later posted an update about his current situation with his fiancée.
