The human eye is one of the most remarkable parts of the human body. They say the eyes are the “window to the soul,” and that may be true, but the eyes are also what brings the world to us. As amazing as our eyes are, there’s one organ that is significantly more complex: our brain. But here’s what’s incredible. When the eyes and the brain work together, magical things happen. See, when we look at something, our eyes are sending signals to the brain and our brains work rapidly to try to anticipate what we’re seeing. For this reason, the brain can play tricks on us sometimes.
