Are you someone that enjoys a good puzzle? I think that most of us appreciate the challenge they bring to the table.
Of course, puzzles come in a wide variety of styles. What is your favorite? Do you enjoy sitting at a jigsaw puzzle and picking away at it piece by piece? Perhaps you are somebody who appreciates sudoku or word find, as they have a lot to offer.
Sometimes, it’s not really the type of puzzle that makes a difference but rather, if it meets with our personal challenge level. We want something to be difficult enough that it takes some time to figure out but we also want to be able to solve it so that we can get that little dopamine rush and feel good about ourselves.
