Betrayal is the worst feeling in the world. When it comes to romantic relationships and marriage, to be betrayed by infidelity is so painful, especially if you know you’ve done your very best in the relationship and tried to make a happy family and home. People have different reactions to being betrayed, and whether you choose to cry quietly and just be as dignified as possible or whether you choose to get revenge, I won’t judge you. I know how much pain you’re in, regardless. I will, say, though, that taking the high road feels the best long-term. When you do that, they’ll often come around with an apology and an appeal to reconcile. Before you return from your overseas trip I just want to let you know about the small accident I had with the pick-up truck when I turned into the driveway. Fortunately not too bad and I really didn’t get hurt, so please don’t worry too much about me.
I was coming home from Wal-Mart, and when I turned into the driveway I accidentally pushed down on the accelerator instead of the brake. The garage door is slightly bent but the pickup, fortunately, came to a halt when it bumped into your car.
