They sometimes say that very little of our communication is verbal. The exact number is rather obscure but it is thought to be somewhere around 7%.
The rest of the way that we communicate is through how we conduct ourselves. It may be facial expressions or perhaps even the way that we wave our hands around.

1. Upright – you tend to be confident and strong-willed. You rarely ever doubt yourself and you are somebody who is known for jumping in the middle of things and bringing things together.
2. Leaning Back – You tend to be sympathetic to others and you stop and listen to what they have to say. As a result, people tend to be drawn to you and they look to you for advice.
3. Leaning forward – you are not only an interesting person but you are also interested in almost anything you come across. Your curiosity can get the better of you at times, but it can also be your best friend.
4. Legs together – most people would consider you to be a rather cold and distant person but when they really get to know you, they realize how sincere and kind you are.
5. Ankles crossed – you tend to be a leader and you take charge in any situation you find yourself in. You appreciate having everyone under your control, which is why most people look at you as being a commanding individual.
6. Legs crossed – have you ever been described as being modest? You tend to think about yourself when you are in front of others, and it can sometimes lead you to be uncomfortable in a crowd.
7. Arms crossed – you are a strong individual but you are not necessarily open to new things. As long as you have a kind expression on your face, people will get by the fact that you tend to be rather closed.
8. Hands between legs – you are a kind individual that really looks to others and understands their problems. You attempt to give help anytime you possibly can, although you do tend to be withdrawn.
9. Hands on knees – you are confident and bold and you are a natural leader. This is a commanding position and it tends to get other people’s attention. It also shows that they have your attention.
10. Hands intertwined – you are an open and emotional individual that tries to look at the glass as being half-full at all times. People love talking to you and you love talking to people.
